Buyers:For every $100,000 you purchase you get $1,000 back, direct from me. All you need to do is: (1) Read and sign the Buyer Broker Agreement. The Buyer Broker Agreement is required by the State of Georgia. It allows you to be represented by a Licensed Realtor. This form outlines your responsibilities as well as mines. It cost you nothing to be represented. It also gives you written acknowledgment of this special offer. If you are not signing this form with a Realtor then you are not being fully serviced and you should call me immediately. (2) Get a pre approval letter – all sellers require a pre approval letter at the time you submit an offer so if you are not already pre approve let me know and I will recommend 2 or 3 lenders so you will be ready, willing and able to purchase your next home. More importantly, the type of loan you are approved for, will determine the condition of the property you are able to buy. Finally, call me so that I can schedule a private showing of any and all homes you are interested in seeing. I can set you up to receive daily listings of homes meeting your requirements so when a good deal comes available you will be made aware of it on day one.
